Home Feed: New Enrollment Priority Logic

This release introduces a meaningful change to how lessons are delivered in Today's Learning. The feed now follows a defined priority order, giving admins more control over what employees see first and ensuring the right content gets completed before moving on.

  1. Prioritized Enrollments
When an admin enrolls user(s) in a course using Prioritized Enrollment, one lesson from that course appears in Today's Learning each day until the course is complete. These lessons will not go overdue. If an employee does not complete the lesson that day, it returns the next day until finished. This keeps the right content front and center without creating a pile-up of overdues.
  2. Self-Enrolled (New)
Users can now browse the Course Library and self-enroll in courses they want to take. Once enrolled, lessons from those courses drip into Today's Learning after any prioritized content has been addressed for the day.
  3. Auto-Enrolled
Auto-enrolled content follows after the two tiers above. Acting as a supporting tool to continue getting your team in the app and watching daily.

This structure gives admins a reliable way to align a team around the same course before anything else competes for attention.

Announcements

  • Admins can now send in-app announcements that appear at the top of employee Home screens on web and mobile - see the article here
  • Each announcement supports a file attachment (.pdf), or hyperlink and can be targeted to the full organization or filtered by division, hire date, or other attributes for specific teams/persons.
  • Read receipts allow admins to confirm who has viewed the message.

  • Frank is enabled by default for all organizations. Contact your CS representative to disable it before the release date if preferred.

Month-End Report

  • Top Performers now displays the top 10 users for the month, up from top 3.
  • Resolved truncated text in the Name column on PDF exports.

Performance Improvements

  • Enrollment processing, video playback, answer submission, and lesson completion are faster and more responsive across web and mobile.

Important Admin Note: Existing Prioritized Enrollments

As part of this transition, Prioritized Enrollments created over the past one to two months were migrated to the new logic with their original due dates intact. Those due dates do not account for weekends or company off-days, so some users may temporarily see overdue lessons for days your company does not operate. This will resolve as those courses are completed.

All new Prioritized Enrollments will follow the updated logic and will not go into a overdue state. Streaks are not impacted as long as a lesson is completed on an eligible company calendar day.
