What video file types are supported for upload?

You can upload a video file directly to Improve or paste a YouTube link. 

Improve supports the following video file types:

• .3g2
• .3gp
• .avi
• .flv
• .m4v
• .m2ts
• .m2v
• .mkv
• .mov
• .mp4
• .mpeg
• .mpg
• .mts
• .ogv
• .webm
• .wmv

You can paste a YouTube link instead of uploading a video file. When adding a YouTube video, copy the link directly from your browser's address bar.

Videos must be 10 GB or smaller.

Video file names cannot contain any of the following special characters:

! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) ? / \ { } [ ]

If your file name contains one of these characters, rename the file before uploading.
