Signing in to BuildWitt Improve for the First Time with Phone Number

1. Download the App
Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play and download the BuildWitt Improve app. Once installed, open it and allow notifications.

2. Receive Your Text Invitation
Keep an eye on your phone — you'll receive a text message inviting you to join BuildWitt Improve.

3. Open the Invitation
Open the text and tap the link inside.

4. Confirm
On the page that loads, select Confirm. You'll be redirected to sign in on the web.

5. Sign In With Phone Number
Select Sign in with phone number and enter your phone number. You'll receive a one-time six-digit verification code — enter it to confirm it's you.

6. Create Your Password
Since this is your first time logging in, you'll be prompted to set up a password. Once it's set, you'll be signed in.

7. Start Using BuildWitt Improve
Your account is now set up and ready to use. You can sign in the same way (phone number sign-in) on the mobile app going forward, and return anytime to access your training and complete assigned lessons.

FAQs

Q: I got a text with an invite link and a code — is this legitimate?
Yes. Text invites and one-time login codes for BuildWitt Improve will come from a 480 area code number. This is an automated message from our system, so don't be alarmed by the unfamiliar number.

Q: Do I need to type in the code manually?
No — to avoid typos or mis-keying, copy and paste the code directly from the text message into the app rather than typing it in by hand.

Q: I keep getting confused trying to use my text invite link to log in every time — what's going on?
The text invite link is a one-time operation used only to accept your invite and set up your account. Once you've completed that step, you're all set — going forward, you'll log in using either the one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone/email, or your email/password combo (if that's how your org is set up).
