Clear Existing Auto-Enrollments Toggle – Added a toggle allowing admins to clear past auto-enrollments when disabling auto-assign.
Reschedule Overdue (Bulk Action) - Admins can now reschedule overdue lessons in bulk directly from the Employee table. Instead of updating users one by one, select multiple employees, sort by overdue lessons, and reschedule all at once. This streamlined workflow saves time and makes it easier to keep teams on track.
Reschedule Overdue Messaging – Expanded messaging to clarify what rescheduling overdue does for a user in the Employee/User Feed tables.
Team Progress (Reports Dashboard) – New dashboard gives admins an instant pulse on training progress. With tiles for lessons, courses, watch time, active/inactive users, and overdue items—plus dynamic charts and exportable tables—admins can now track training at a glance, save hours of reporting, and deliver leadership-ready insights in seconds.

Server-Side Sorting & Filtering – Enabled sorting and filtering on the course enrollment table for smoother admin control.

Smarter Search – Improved performance and flexibility. Search now looks at course and lesson titles/descriptions for better matches and supports Spanish terms to return results.

We’ve refreshed Streaks to make them more fun, fair, and motivating. Streaks now grow with consecutive business day completions, but weekend and off-day completions also count toward progress. After completing a lesson, users will now see their streak build the same day, keeping motivation high in the moment. Plus, a new campfire animation brings streaks to life—the longer the streak, the bigger the fire. These updates make streaks easier to maintain, more rewarding to grow.

“Congrats” Splash Screen: Fixed an issue where the congratulatory splash blocked users from re-entering completed courses.
Lesson Table Loading: Resolved a bug that prevented the lesson table from loading properly.
Team Progress View: Corrected self-enrolled users showing with a “learner” status in the table view.
Courses Table Lesson Count: Fixed an issue in Content Manager where newly created custom courses displayed 0 lessons even though lessons existed.
Course Library Search: Resolved an issue where custom created and published content (courses/lessons) did not appear in course library search results.
