How to Unenroll Users from a Course

As an admin, you may need to unenroll a user from a course. Follow the steps below to perform a unenrollment.

  1. Navigate to train.buildwitt.com and log in with your admin credentials.

  2. Click the Content Manager tab

  3. Click Courses

    In Content Manager, select “Courses” from the left navigation bar.

  4. Find the Course for enrollment you want to modify
    Pro Tip: Use the filter to narrow your results down to the course of interest.

  5. Click into the Course
    Select the specific course to open its details.

  6. Go to the Enrollment Tab
    Inside the course, navigate to the “Enrollment” tab to see your employee list.

  7. Filter or Select Users
    Use filters or manually check boxes to select the user(s) for whom you want to unenroll

  8. Click Unenroll
    Once the users have been selected, click the Unenroll button to remove from the course
