How to Unenroll Users from a Course

As an admin, you may need to unenroll a user from a course in bulk. Follow these steps to remove users from a course in BuildWitt Improve.

  1. Navigate to train.buildwitt.com and log in with your admin credentials.

  2. Access the Content Manager

  3. Click Courses

    In Content Manager, select “Courses” from the left navigation bar.

  4. Find the Course You Want to Update
    Use the filter option or scroll through the course list to locate the course you want to update.

  5. Click into the Course
    Select the specific course to open its details.

  6. Go to the Enrollment Tab
    Inside the course, navigate to the “Enrollment” tab to see assigned users.

  7. Filter or Select Users
    Use filters or manually check boxes to select the users for whom you want to mark the course complete.

  8. Click Unenroll
    Once your users have been selected, click the Unenroll button to remove users from the course
