How to Sign In with a Code on BuildWitt Improve

BuildWitt Improve offers a quick and secure way to sign in using a one-time code—sent to either your email or phone number.

Steps to Sign In with a Code:

  1. Open the App or Go to the desktop version

    • On your mobile device: Open the BuildWitt Improve app.

    • On desktop: Go to train.buildwitt.com.

  2. Choose Your Code Delivery Method
    Depending on what contact information is associated with your account, choose one of the following:

    • Sign in with Code – A 6-digit code will be sent to your email.

    • Sign in with Phone Number – A 6-digit code will be texted to your phone.

  3. Enter Your Code & Access Your Account

    • Check your email inbox or SMS messages.

    • Enter the code into the app or site when prompted

    • Once the code is accepted, you’ll be signed in and taken to My Feed

Note: The 6 digit codes are case sensitive

Tips:

  • If you don’t receive a code within a minute, check your spam folder or confirm your phone number/email is entered correctly.

  • If both contact forms are tied to your account, you can use either method interchangeably.
