How to schedule invites or update scheduled invite time: (Admin only)

This article is going to show you how to schedule your invites or update the scheduled invite time

  1. Navigate to train.buildwitt.com
  2. Hit the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click “View Profile”
    1. This will open a new tab to the Accounts site
  4. Click Employees on the side menu
  5. If you are bulk uploading your users, follow the instructions below. If you want to update a users info, skip to step 7!
  6. Click “Add Employee”
    1. Select "Import Employees"
    2. Then click on “Upload Employees”
    3. Upload your user template
    4. Select Schedule invites at the bottom with the Month, Day, Year, and Hour you’d like and click OK!
    5. You have successfully scheduled your invites!

7. To Update the Scheduled Date/time: Select the Employees tab in the side menu

    1. If you would like to filter out the list to only send to specific users, make sure to filter using the Filters button.
      1. Example: Filters/Columns="Invite Status"/Operator "is"/Value "Scheduled"
    2. Once you have bulk-selected users or filtered and chosen your users, select “Bulk Actions”

8. Click on “Manage Invitations”

9. Click on “Schedule”

10. Select the date, time, hour you would like to have the invites go out

11. Select “OK”

12. You have successfully updated the Scheduled Invites!

Note: If you have any question on when the invite was scheduled for a user you can click on the user from the employee table and in there profile it will show the invitation status as "Invitation Schedule" w/ Date and time that invite will be sent.
