How to reach out to support?

This article will show you how to reach out to the support team so you can get help

If you are already logged into BuildWitt Improve:

1. Navigate to train.buildwitt.com (if you aren’t already logged in)
2. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner and hit “Support”
   
3. Fill out the form and hit submit! This will reach out to the Customer Success Team. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible so we can help you as quickly as possible!
   

If you are on the BuildWitt Site:

If you are on the Mobile App:

1. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner and hit “Support”
