Where to find Challenges

• In Improve Admin, open the left-hand menu.
• Under the Learning section, select Challenges.

Creating a Challenge

1. Click Create Challenge.
2. Add a name and description.
3. Choose a challenge type:
   • Completed Lessons — select the number of lessons participants must complete.
   • Completed Courses — choose one of two sub-options:
     • Set a total number of courses to complete.
     • Select specific courses from the provided table.
4. Set a start date and end date for the challenge.
5. (Optional) Add:
   • A reward title
   • Redemption instructions
   • The number of possible winners

Publishing

• Save as a draft and/or publish when ready.

Learner Experience

• The challenge appears on the learner's home screen starting on the start date.
• A banner prompts learners that a new challenge is available and invites them to opt in.
• Learners can track progress/completion via:
  • The home screen, or
  • The progress area of the app.
