Improve

Spanish Language Support

For organizations with Spanish-speaking employees, course titles, descriptions, lesson titles and descriptions, and quiz questions and answers will now display in Spanish for users who have set Spanish as their preferred language. This covers the BuildWitt and Content Partner libraries. Custom content created by your organization is not included in this update.

Scheduled Training and Due Date Enrollments

This release adds meaningful flexibility to how admins assign and pace content. From the Content Manager enrollment flow, there are now two additional fields available when enrolling users in a course:

Schedule Training: Define the date the course becomes visible to users. Until that date, the course will not appear in their Home screen or enrolled courses. This is useful when you want content to surface at a specific time and prevent users from getting ahead of the intended sequence.
Set a Due Date: Attach a deadline to all lessons in the course so users and admins have clear visibility into when the content needs to be completed.

The four enrollment combinations available:

No Schedule Training, No Due Date: Content is available immediately with no deadline.
Schedule Training only: Content becomes available on the selected date with no due date attached.
Due Date only: Content is available now and all lessons carry the specified deadline.
Schedule Training with Due Date: Content appears on a future date and all lessons are due by the specified date.

Admins also have the ability to manage and adjust due dates after enrollment if the timeline by using the "Manage Dates" in course enrollment table.

Announcements:

Video Upload Progress

When uploading a video for an announcement, a percent complete indicator now appears on the upload button so admins can track progress without guessing.

Push Notifications

Announcement push notifications are now delivered in both English and Spanish, keeping Spanish-speaking users informed in their preferred language.

Mark as Complete

Announcements that require acknowledgment now include a clear completion button. This gives employees a defined action to confirm they have seen the content and gives admins a cleaner read receipt picture.

Content Creation:

Video Upload Progress

Consistent with the Announcements update, a percent complete indicator is now displayed when uploading a video for use as a lesson. Admins will see upload progress directly in the interface rather than waiting without feedback.

Bug Fixes

Resolved an issue where streaks reset incorrectly on non-training days.
Fixed a display issue where the Submit Answer label persisted after submission.
Corrected a mismatch in lesson counts between the Month-End Report, Learner Progress, and Team Progress views.
Fixed cross-page selections not being respected when exporting from Learner Progress.
Resolved inconsistent due dates across time zones and an issue preventing lessons from populating in Today's Learning.
Added the missing 200-row option to the data grid pagination dropdown.
Fixed an Announcement TypeError.
Resolved an issue where landscape orientation did not trigger fullscreen on the Announcement video player.
Fixed an issue where the Announcement video player did not retain playback position.
