  • Announcements

    Drag-and-drop support for adding videos and files

  • Multi-Completion

    Users can now revisit and re-complete a course after finishing. Self assigned only

    • My Progress/Finished courses/course_name/Reneroll
    • Course Library/course_name/Reneroll

  • Lesson-Level Enrollment

    Admins can now enroll users in a specific lesson rather than an entire course. Now when you goto content manager/lessons find the lesson of interest, select and enroll users on that individual lesson.

  • Learner Progress/ User Drill Down date & time stamp

    Now in the drill down view for employees under watch-history we show the date and time in which the user completed a lesson.

  • Increased Course and Playlist Limits

    The maximum number of lessons per course and courses per playlist has been increased. 50 courses per playlist and 40 lessons per course.

  • Only Show Today’s Learning

    Admins can now choose to show only Today's Learning in the content manager/content settings. Keeping the employee view focused on the daily lesson without surfacing the enrolled courses on their home screen.

  • Persist Library Search

    Search terms entered in the course library are now retained when navigating into a course and back out. Users no longer need to re-enter their search after browsing a result.

  • My Notes

    On web and desktop, My Notes has moved and is now consolidated under the My Progress-> Notes.

  • Challenges (Beta)

    A new gamification feature now in beta. Admins can create a challenge tied to lesson or course completions and attach a reward, such as a gift card or a Leatherman. Challenges give teams a concrete incentive to compete and engage with their training.

New Courses: note if you are logged in as a admin on desktop you can click on the course and be brought to the overview to preview lessons or enroll users on.

  • Resolved an issue where finishing a course or playlist sent users back to Home instead of staying in context.
  • Corrected playlist progress missing for single-lesson courses.
  • Fixed an issue preventing unenrollment from a fully completed playlist.
  • Resolved playlist details page missing courses.
  • Fixed an enrollment filter incorrectly dropping users with no progress on record.
  • Corrected non-admin users receiving a 401 error when viewing their own certifications.
  • Fixed the certificates tab showing an empty state for users with awarded certificates on iOS.

  • Resolved a quiz resubmit incorrectly showing a points animation when no new points were earned.
