New Home Page
- Streamlines and cleans up the old My Feed view with two new compact sections. Opening up space for more features to come.
- Today's Learning-includes any lesson that is due or overdue where you can scroll horizontally if there is more than one lesson that needs to be completed and tap the card to launch the video.
- Enrolled Courses- see all the courses assigned to you whether by an administrator or ones you have self enrolled in, scroll horizontally to see all that has been assigned. Tap the card to do the next lesson in that course and also see which ones are left to complete.
Pause Streak
- The ability to allow your team members to pause their streaks can be set by an administrator for the company in Content Settings. Once enabled, you simply tap on your streak and set it to pause while you are off work or unavailable to do a lesson. Tap your streak again to take it off pause when you are back to work. Any lesson with a due date will still be required to be completed. So while you can pause your streak, a lesson with a due date during your time away would be overdue if not completed, but your streak would not go to zero for missing that lesson while it was paused.
New Month-End Reports (Admin)
- Month-End Reports section in Content Manager gives leaders a quick glance at how their team is doing with training each month in Improve. Standard KPI metrics generate the first of each month and the automated report viewed on screen can also be downloaded and sent as a PDF. Month end results like total training watch time across the org, user count with completed lessons, average streak, overdue lessons count, general utilization, top performers, along with breakouts by division and supervisor. Leadership can hold themselves and employees accountable in building a learning culture that sticks with these tracked metrics as they manage expectations, discuss training regularly, and when they celebrate and communicate the progress of their employees.
Bug Fixes
- Users receive Lessons out of order - Lessons are being delivered in non-linear progression instead of sequential order.
- (Admin) Course could be published without lesson - Fixed the issue where a course could be published even when it has no lessons, causing enrollment errors
- (Admin Accounts) Employee Import fails without job category - Resolved the issue where the employee upload fails when job categories are left blank, even though it's an optional field.
- (Admin) Status filter not working - Team progress grid shows both "active" AND "archived" rows even when filter is set to Status = "active" only
