Accounts

Add Employee

• Added new fields when creating employees individually.

Import Employees

• Updated employee upload template to include a Supervisor column for easier hierarchy management.

Custom Fields

• You can now configure up to 3 custom fields (with or without HRIS) to improve tracking, sorting, and filtering of employees.

Certifications 

• Admins can now delete/renew a certification for employees

Update Credentials (HRIS)

• Admins can now manually re-authenticate or refresh the HRIS connection from accounts/company settings/integrations

Improve 

New User Menu

• Updated user menu now clearly displays the user’s email or phone number.
  
  

Month-End Report (MER) Distribution

• Admins can now configure a distribution list for Month-End Reports.
• Reports will be automatically sent to selected recipients at the start of each month.

Content Creation

Lesson Enhancements

• Lessons now support:
  • File attachments
  • External links

BuildWitt Content Library Updates

• Removed a number of lessons that were 60 seconds or shorter and did not meet standards for effective daily training content.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where videos remained in black full screen after completion, blocking lesson actions.
• Resolved issue where some users were not receiving push notifications.
