Improve

  • Enroll in a Lesson

    Users can now enroll in a single lesson directly from the library. Navigate to the library and select the Lessons tab to search and enroll, or go into any course you have not yet enrolled in, select the Lessons tab, and enroll from the lesson table.

  • Challenges

    Admins can now create company challenges tied to lesson or course completions over a set period of time. Set a reward, whether that is a gift card, a Leatherman, or some company merch, and let the competition drive participation. Keep an eye out for BuildWitt-hosted challenges that users will be able to opt into as well.

  • Playlists (General Access)

    Playlists are now available to all admins via the Content Manager on desktop. Build a custom collection of courses for a specific role, preview the course or lessons ahead of adding them into the playlist and create for onboarding, or roles.

  • Announcements

    Some updates to announcements this month:
    • Increased character count for announcement descriptions (3,000 characters)
    • Ability to exclude the author from an announcement
    • Docx file attachment support

  • Admin Tables: Persist Column Order

    Column order in admin tables is now retained when navigating away and returning to the page.

  • Frank: Image Support

    Frank can now analyze images. Upload a photo from your phone library or take one in the moment and Frank will give you information on what it sees, whether that is a story stake, a structure, or work in progress. File size is limited to 5MB.

  • Fixed time remaining mismatch displayed on Home.
  • Resolved library cards missing the duration chip.
  • Corrected the Employee Invite Status filter returning expired results incorrectly.
  • Fixed the iOS Update Now prompt not opening the App Store.
  • Resolved a filter dropdown incorrectly opening the side panel.
  • Fixed note timestamp continuing to count while actively typing.
  • Fixed announcement video player UI being cut off after screen rotation.
  • Resolved the seen-by list appearing empty on the first page of an announcement.
  • Corrected inconsistent watch time formats in Learner and Team Progress.
  • Fixed the column selector not scrolling in progress views.
  • Resolved CSV exports displaying [object Object] instead of correct values.
