Introducing the Personalized Training Feed

This is our approach to helping your crew members grow in their career and personal lives and the new Training Feed will play a huge role.
Now, everyone on your team will be automatically given at least one lesson each day without you or other admins having to lift a finger. In this first iteration, the videos delivered will be based on the trainee’s Job Category (role), creating a more relevant and engaging experience. You still have control to prioritize training content for your team, but this will allow you to take a step back and focus on the bigger picture of your training, development, and safety initiatives and rest assured your team is learning daily.

Introduce gamification with Learning Streaks
Who doesn’t love some healthy competition? On top of this little boost of motivation, from the admin view, you’ll be able to see who’s on fire and growing each day, and who needs a spark to get going.
Make learning active with Comment Threads
Crew members can ask each other questions, share what they’re learning, and add perspective from personal experience to further apply the content to their job sites.
Simplify subscription management with HRIS integrations
Now if someone leaves your team or is hired on, they can be automatically added or removed from BuildWitt Training if you purchase an optional add-on to integrate your HRIS.
Integrations with BambooHR, UKG, SAP, and Workday are being prioritized to start, but we’ll add more as we receive requests and feedback from you!
Noteworthy Improvements
Login is WAY easier
Forgot your password? You don’t even need it anymore. No worries, it’s still secure. All you need to do is enter your account’s email or phone number and we’ll send you a one-time login code. On top of passwordless, we now have options for your team to use single sign-on (SSO) as an add-on.
Course library UX/UI
With 1500+ microlessons and plans for more each month, it was time to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. Courses are broken out into four Work Categories: Job Training, Personal Development, Professional Development, and Safety. The content search experience has also been improved.
Getting access to the new BuildWitt Training
In the coming months, we’ll be running a live event to show you around the new version of BuildWitt Training, answer your questions, and cover important information around getting you and your team migrated to the new app.
