Tips From a Fellow Training Champion on Getting Buy-In

In case you missed it: Trevor Martin, an energetic, passionate training leader with Manatt’s, Inc. joined us for a webinar to share his story and some powerful keys to gaining buy-in from your entire team when it comes to training.

Trevor and the Manatt’s team have worked hard to establish a strong training culture. Here are a few of many tips Trevor gave during the session on getting team buy-in:

  • Listen to love and not to respond
  • It’s ok if they’re resistant to change because it’s not necessarily a bad thing
  • Get clear on the WHY behind your training initiative for yourself and make sure you communicate that down to the team
  • You can also use BuildWitt Training as a tool to retrain your team when mistakes happen

If you want to hear more about how Manatt’s team has built a strong in-house training program, you can watch the full webinar any time.
