Updates to Workload and New Content to Help Your Team Learn Each Day

Workload Update and First 50 Lessons Launch KB Header

Learning and development on a regular basis sounds great, but we know it’s not always easy. We just dropped new content and updates to simplify daily learning for your team. Get all the details below!

The teams we’ve seen receive some of the best engagement and feedback from their people using BuildWitt Training don’t always have a 10-page plan, astronomical goals, or everything figured out. They start small, like setting a goal to watch one lesson per day.

Why? They just want to start building the muscle of training consistently.

Improvements to Workload Assignments

  1. Get caught up on Daily Lessons
Now, if your team falls behind on the Workload Assignments you give them, they’ll be able to catch up to speed on anything overdue without you needing to adjust anything.
  2. Keeping it simple with one lesson per day
We’ve removed the Daily Workload from Employee Management, so you won’t have to worry about how many lessons each team member should receive.

Unless you’re behind on your Workload Assignments or have nothing assigned by Workload, you’ll just see one lesson per day in your Daily Lessons within the Learning Hub.

New Courses: First 50 Daily Videos by Experience Level

We built three courses to make it easy for you to assign every team member something to learn each day for 50 days and see how they do. Each course’s content mix is tailored to the team members' experience level. (Randy called these learning plans, but we forgive him.)
